Background
I am a connector. A connector of dots, a connector of people. Accompanying individuals through transformational moments is what gives me joy. I began my career in mental health as a crisis intervention therapist working in situations of domestic violence. My big insight was that professionally I wanted to accompany people to clarify and articulate what are they moving *towards* and not away from. I made several of my own transitions from nonprofit to higher education to local government to corporate. In addition, I sought out training and experience in career guidance and development, executive leadership coaching, and health and wellness coaching. I derive deep satisfaction from accompanying clients identify what is most meaningful, make a plan to achieve it, and then step into that new possibility.
